SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

All Domestic AND international orders are shipped through USPS.


Standard Shipping + Processing = 1- 8 business days

CUSTOM ORDERS or MADE TO ORDER = 2-6 weeks FOR DELIVERY

**To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

A PO BOX address is unacceptable at this time, please take that into consideration when entering delivery information.

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-72 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. International orders will now be shipping via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 5 weeks). Please note, LAVISHLUXXSHOP.COM does collect payment at time order is placed,   However, Lavish luxx shop Jewelry cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of this via email. Most often, it will be noted in the item description if it is out of stock. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A TRACKING Number will be issued to the Email Address in which the order was placed under once your order is ready for shipment. Called Pre-Shipment

Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number.

Orders are subject to ship before or after estimated ship date. (Due to weather, holidays, etc.)

Additionally, LAVISHLUXX reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?

LAVISHLUXX is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

You may track your package using the supplied tracking number sent via confirmation email.

As a friendly reminder, If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with USPS.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

Please understand that we CAN NOT restock items once they leave our stock, Therefore ALL sales are FINAL:
