After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-72 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. International orders will now be shipping via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 5 weeks). WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A TRACKING Number will be issued to the Email Address in which the order was placed under once your order is ready for shipment. Called Pre-Shipment

Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?

LAVISHLUXX is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

You may track your package using the supplied tracking number sent via confirmation email.

As a friendly reminder, If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with USPS.
